1. Scope Of Work
Street2Strip Tuning provides performance tuning, diagnostic review, build planning, and related automotive services. Final scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed before work begins.
2. Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for presenting a mechanically sound vehicle with accurate modification details. Existing mechanical, electrical, fuel, sensor, or safety issues may limit tuning work or require repair before calibration.
3. Scheduling
A selected consultation time is not confirmed until the required payment succeeds. Appointment availability may change based on shop load, vehicle readiness, parts availability, weather, dyno access, or safety concerns. Please give as much notice as possible when rescheduling.
4. Payments
Paid consultations are processed by Stripe through Calendly. Payment is required to confirm the initial appointment. Refunds and schedule changes are subject to the terms presented during booking and must be handled by Street2Strip Tuning.
5. Performance Risk
Modified vehicles carry increased wear, heat, drivetrain, and motorsport risk. Tuning cannot guarantee a specific power number, track result, emissions outcome, or part lifespan.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for legal vehicle use, emissions compliance, insurance, safe operation, and any track or event rules that apply to the vehicle.
7. Policy Updates
These terms may be updated as the business changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
