When you submit a tune request, we collect contact information, vehicle and ECU details, build specifications, tuning goals, reported symptoms, package selection, and agreement acceptance. Calendly and Stripe also collect information needed to schedule the consultation and process payment.
2. How We Use Information
We use submitted information to evaluate the build, provide tuning services, schedule consultations, process payments, communicate with customers, and maintain service records.
3. Service Providers
We use Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payment processing, and SendGrid for delivery of paid tune requests to the tuner. Those providers process information according to their own policies.
4. Payment Data
Card details are handled by Stripe through Calendly's payment flow. Street2Strip Tuning does not receive or store full card numbers on this website.
5. What We Do Not Do
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only when needed to provide service, operate the website, comply with legal obligations, or protect rights and safety.
6. Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
